LIFE CARE PLAN ANALYSIS REPORTS
A Life Care Plan Analysis Report is a comprehensive report that evaluates and critiques an existing Life Care Plan based on methodology, evaluee needs, and costs. If you have an existing Life Care Plan and want an unbiased professional opinion on it, Case in Point's certified life care planners have extensive experience in reviewing Life Care Plans, and can provide expert opinions on an existing Life Care Plan or Future Plan of Care.
FUTURE PLANS OF CARE
A Future Plan of Care is a presentation that provides an outline of future care needs, with associated costs, for individuals who have a chronic illness or who have experienced a catastrophic injury. They can act as a stand-alone presentation in lieu of a full Life Care Plan, or be a complimentary component to a corresponding Life Care Plan for a to-the-point analysis of future needs and costs.
