President and Certified Life Care Planner

Carol Hadley Fricks, RN, MS, FIALCP earned her undergraduate degree in Sports Medicine, with a minor in Psychology, from Occidental College in Los Angeles. She then attended Cal State University Long Beach and got her MS in Exercise Physiology/Biomechanics, and concurrently attended LA-County USC School of Nursing. Carol has been a registered nurse since 1984 and became a Certified Life Care Planner in January 2003. Her employment history includes working in a Corporate Wellness Center, working with spinal cord injured patients in an outpatient setting, working as a Clinic Director in an outpatient rehabilitation clinic, working as a nurse case manager, and then transitioning to legal nurse consulting and life care planning. She has been preparing Life Care Plans for defense and plaintiff for more than 20 years throughout the nation. In 2019 she was elected to be a member at large on the Board of Directors for the IALCP section of IARP and received her life care planning fellowship distinction in February of 2024. Carol is based out of Ponte Vedra Beach, Florida.
