FUTURE PLANS OF CARE
Future Plans of Care are presentations that provide an outline of future needs, with associated frequencies and costs, for individuals who have a chronic illness or who have experienced catastrophic injuries. They can act as a stand-alone presentation in lieu of a full Life Care Plan, or can be complimentary presentations to a corresponding Life Care Plan for a given evaluee, for a to-the-point analysis of future needs and costs.
