LIFE CARE PLANNING
Life Care Plans are dynamic documents that outline regionally-specific needs and associated cost estimates after a traumatic injury.
LIFE CARE PLANS
Life Care Plans are dynamic documents that provide an organized, concise plan for current and future needs, with associated costs, for pediatric or adult individuals who have a chronic illness or who have experienced catastrophic injuries.
Our detailed and individualized Life Care Plans include medical record summaries and outline regionally specific options for medical care, therapeutic interventions, educational needs, home care, and more.
VERBAL REPORTS
If you want a verbally-presented overview of a plan, recommendations, and associated cost estimates but without a full written report, our verbal report services may be right for you.
FUTURE PLANS OF CARE
Future Plans of Care are presentations that provide an outline of future needs, with associated frequencies and costs, for individuals who have a chronic illness or who have experienced catastrophic injuries. They can act as a stand-alone presentation in lieu of a full Life Care Plan, or can be complimentary presentations to a corresponding Life Care Plan for a given evaluee, for a to-the-point analysis of future needs and costs.
